Ingredients
- 500 g pork secreto, sliced into bite-sized pieces
- 250 g mushrooms, sliced
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Preparation
- Heat the Oil in a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and chopped red onion. Sauté until fragrant and lightly golden.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until softened and lightly browned.
- Add the pork secreto pieces to the pan. Cook until browned on all sides and cooked through.
- Pour in the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Add black pepper and stir well to combine. Allow the sauce to slightly reduce and coat the meat evenly.
- Add the sliced red bell pepper and cook for an additional 2 minutes, keeping it slightly crisp. Taste and adjust seasoning, garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
