Ingredients

- 1kg pork loin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, juiced
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Rub the pork loin evenly with olive oil. Season with minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper, ensuring the meat is well coated.
- Place the seasoned pork loin in a roasting pan. Drizzle lemon juice evenly over the surface.
- Roast for 50–60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F).
- Remove from the oven and let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Slice and serve warm.
