Ingredients
1kg pork loin
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp paprika
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 lemon, juiced


Preheat the Oven
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
Season the Pork
Rub the pork loin evenly with olive oil.
Season with minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper, ensuring the meat is well coated.
Prepare for Roasting
Place the seasoned pork loin in a roasting pan.
Drizzle the lemon juice evenly over the surface.
