Who is responsible for collecting and processing your personal data?<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

Interprofesional Agroalimentaria del Porcino de Capa Blanca (Interprofessional Agri-Food Organization for White Pork)- INTERPORC for the pigmeat sector, hereinafter Our Company or INTERPORC, is the Data Controller, responsible for collecting and processing the User\u2019s personal data. All personal data will be collected, processed and used in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3\/2018, on Personal Data Protection and digital rights guarantees (hereinafter, LOPDGDD) and Regulations 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, dated 27 April 2016 on the protection of physical persons with regards to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of said data (hereinafter, GDPR). Your personal data may be transferred to the INTERPORC with the purpose of carrying out the promotion campaign \u201cEuropean Pork, because ordinary isn\u2019t good enough\u201d together with INTERPORC.<\/p>

How will we use your data and what is the legal basis?<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

\u2013 Business information: company name<\/p>

You directly provide Our Company with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:<\/p>

Users\u2019 data will be retained for the minimum time period necessary to correctly render the service offered as well as to respond to any liabilities which may derive from the same and with regard to any other legal requirement.<\/p>

In the case of the use of Users\u2019 data to receive commercial communications from INTERPORC, Users\u2019 data will be retained until the User declares the wish to no longer receive said communications, whether through the means offered in the communications themselves or through any other means.<\/p>

Transfer of personal data of Users to third parties<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

Your personal data may be transferred to INTERPORC with the purpose of carrying out the promotion campaign EU Pork, because ordinary isn\u2019t good enough, co-funded by the European Union.<\/p>

The transfer of personal data of Users to other third parties will not take place without prior consent granted by the Users, except to physical or legal persons who are approved sub-processors of INTERPORC to which the communication of said data is necessary for the correct and improved customer service, or by legal imperative.<\/p>

INTERPORC uses certain subprocessors in the general running of its business and to assist it in providing its services to its clients. A subprocessor is a third-party service provider or data processor engaged by INTERPORC, who has or potentially will have access to or process personal data. INTERPORC engages different types of subprocessors to perform various functions as explained below.<\/p>
